Bedding configurations will vary from apartment to apartment and include: King, Queen, Double, Twins and sofa beds to accommodate the maximum rooming. Most apartments are equipped with Double beds so please check the bedding configuration at time of booking. Sofa beds requests will incur an additional £50 per night linen charge.

Note: THE MINIMUM TENANCY PERIOD IS 3 DAYS. THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR TENANCY EXTENSIONS I.E. IF A TENANCY IS EXTENDED BY ANYTHING LESS THAN 3 DAYS, IT WILL STILL BE CHARGED AS A 3 DAY STAY.
Security Bond
Terms and Conditions
A security body equivalent to one months/weeks rent (depending on period of stay) will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as:
- Telephone charges
- Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay
- Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state
- Additional servicing charges
- Cancellations
Rubbish Removal
A rubbish store is located outside most of the apartments. All guests are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish on a daily basis. Bags may be provided for this basis.
Telephones
Telephone calls made during your stay are chargeable and will be deducted from the security deposit held by us, together with a standard service charge fee of £18.
Cancellations
Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled. Amendments and changes are allowed within reason, subject to availability and are made on the basis that the total accommodation amount is not reduced by more than 10%. Only one change per booking is allowed.
Prices are quoted in £ sterling and are on a per apartment per week basis.

Limited Liability
We will make sure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Whitehouse Apartments will not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses/inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond its control.
Special Conditions
In the event that Whitehouse Apartments cannot provide the apartment as requested, we will find alternative accommodation in another apartment type as the property requested or even upgrade if the fault was ours.
If a guest fails to pay upon demand any monies owing, pursuant to the booking and accommodation, Whitehouse Apartments reserves the right to deny access to the guest and ask them to vacate the accommodation.
If a guest causes damage to the apartment, they will forfeit any monies already paid and will require guest to pay for these damages.
On check-out apartment should be left in clean order and all rubbish put in rubbish store outside apartments. Any apartment left in an unacceptable state will incur excessive cleaning charges and these will be deducted from your deposits.
